About this work and why I built it
I hold a PhD in Metaphysical Humanistic Science, and I've been teaching the YES Method since 2009. First to small, select groups, then to high-achieving individuals who had already tried everything else.
But the real beginning was a year before that.
I spent that year developing the material by working through it myself. I was dealing with a lingering eating disorder that had followed me into adulthood, a relentless inner critic, and a deep disconnection from myself that no amount of external achievement seemed to touch.
I used every tool and technique in this method on myself first. I wasn't testing it, I was depending on it.
It changed things. Not quickly, not dramatically, but deeply and durably. The kind of change that has held to this day. I knew it was too important to not share.
So, that's what I've spent the last 16+ years refining, teaching, and continuing to live. The YES Method is not a program I developed at a distance. It came from the inside out… which is exactly how it works.
